As a queer, plus size woman, I understand how difficult it can be to find spaces where you can be certain you will be accepted and cared for with kindness and respect. After spending five years in a high stakes corporate environment, I experienced medical burn out and came to understand the importance of self care and connecting with your body so you can listen to it’s cues. Now, licensed as a Swedish massage therapist, I’ve founded All Bodies Massage Therapy to assist others in prioritizing those same practices.
